核心學習功能需要登入嗎？
不需要。單字卡、複習、測驗、字母、句子與歌曲都能在不登入的情況下使用。只有 AI 功能、App 內購買與發音評測需要登入。
如何恢復 AI 點數購買？
使用購買時的同一個帳號登入，再到「我的 → AI 點數」重新整理交易狀態。若仍未入帳，請附上 Apple 或 Google Play 訂單資訊來信。
如何刪除 ThaiJam 帳號？
前往「我的 → AI 點數 → 刪除帳號」。刪除會使剩餘 AI 點數失效，App 會在執行前再次確認。
換手機後資料沒有跟過來？
確認兩台裝置登入同一帳號並開啟跨裝置同步。歌曲標題、歌手與歌詞可以同步；音檔與專輯封面不會同步。
發音評測說今天用完了？
每天有固定免費次數，隔天會自動恢復；需要更多次時可在評測畫面使用 AI 點數兌換。
仍需要協助？
寄信至 support@thaijam.app，建議附上 App 版本、裝置與系統版本、操作步驟及截圖。請勿寄送密碼、完整卡號或驗證碼。

How do I connect Spotify to ThaiJam?
Follow the Spotify Client ID setup guide to create a Spotify Developer App, copy its Client ID, and connect it in ThaiJam.
Do I need an account to learn?
No. Flashcards, review, quizzes, the alphabet, sentences, and songs work without signing in. Only AI features, purchases, and pronunciation scoring require an account.
How do I restore an AI credit purchase?
Sign in with the same account used for the purchase, then go to Me → AI Credits and refresh. If it is still missing, email us with the Apple or Google Play order information.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Me → AI Credits → Delete Account. Any remaining AI credits are forfeited, and the app asks for confirmation first.
My data did not follow me to a new phone
Confirm that both devices use the same account and that cross-device sync is enabled. Song titles, artists, and lyrics sync; audio files and cover art do not.
